"Projects in Disruptive Times - New Challenges for Decision Making" – under this motto the PMI Germany Chapters expect about 200 executives, decision makers, portfolio-, program and project managers interested in learning and exchanging views about this current topic to come together.

The Congress includes two keynote addresses by high profile speakers as well as twelve speeches from the academic, consultancy and training environment. Additionally, use cases from well-known globally active companies are setting the scene for an eventful and entertaining day.

The opening keynote will be given by Peter Taylor, best-selling, international author of project management books and known as 'perhaps the most entertaining and inspiring speaker in the project management world today'.

The first keynote addressed will be followed by four speeches covering the topics “Strategy, Leadership and Agility Amongst Others,” “Project Management 4.0," ”Scaled Agile,” and ”Leading Beyond Limits.” The arrangement of the speeches will allow each participant to easily create their own personalized schedule.

Finally, the closing keynote will be offered by Ricardo Triana (PMI Board Member 2010 - 2015) entitled "The Value of Project Management." The managing director of the “Practical Thinking Group” and UN-consultant for PM-topics will summarize the most important messages of the event day. The Congress will conclude after the last networking session.
