English Roundtable Munich - March 2020

Description

Conflict Management unresolved - Who is responsible for Conflict Management? PART II & III

Wherever people come together, sooner or later conflicts will arise. If dealt with it correctly, conflicts do not necessarily have to be a bad thing.

In projects, this is often not clearly defined and until the responsibilities are clarified, the tone is exacerbated. It sometimes gets out of hand.

In Session 1. We had a look at “where Conflict comes from and what impairment it causes” in projects

This session will be a combination of parts 2 & 3. Here we will discuss the recommendations and actions necessary to deal with conflicts and then go on to explore "The soft skills that are needed to manage Conflicts in Projects"
